Detector Inspector started in 2005 when our two founders, Jason and Jordan, recognised an opportunity to make a difference - we could help make homes safer for renters and make safety compliance easier for property managers.
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced electrician to conduct electrical safety checks at residential properties based in Bendigo with travel to the surrounding region.
Your day-to-day
The purpose of your role is to make homes safer by conducting switchboard inspections, power point testing, light testing, electrical appliance inspections and smoke alarm services. Further works may require repairs, installations, and upgrades to electrical appliances, installations, and fittings in residential properties.
What you’ll bring to the role
• Victorian Electrician A-Grade Licence & Safety Focus
• Have or obtain an ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Proven experience in domestic work - electrical rectification & smoke alarm
• Valid driver's licence & willingness to travel
• Fantastic time-management & people skills who loves to spark a smile
