About the role
Theodore and Co. is seeking a talented and driven in-house Multimedia Specialist .
This is a full-time position offering a salary of $74,000 plus superannuation.
In this role you will be responsible for creating, managing, and overseeing visual assets for both our clients and our brand framework on a daily basis.
You will lead the technical production, execution, management, and implementation of visual animations, imaging, videos, graphics, audio for a range of multimedia purposes.
Additionally, you will focus on multi-platforms delivery, identifying strategies and opportunities for developing new content intended for website, e-commerce, social media, campaigns. You will also contribute to our educational programs, including mentoring, workshops, and tutorials.
You will be responsible to ensure security and organization of files, data, and internal content database for our internal operations.
To succeed, you will bring at least three years of relevant experience within the industry. Creative problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge and understanding of global trends will be highly regarded.
Key Tasks
In this role, you will:
- Multimedia Production – Create and oversee high-quality multimedia content for our clients as well as for Theodore&co (animations, videos, audio, photos, and graphicdesign, adapting content to diverse platforms and audiences).
- Content Management – Organize, archive, and distribute files and media content while ensuring proper storage, security, and accessibility using our technology and Nas system.
- Multimedia Manipulation – manipulate and edit different type of media assets (e.g. animations, video embeds, imaging, interactive banners, educational resources and products) while optimizing format and compatibility, using predominantly Adobe suite softwares.
- Cross-Platform Delivery – Adapt and deliver multimedia content with timely delivery and impeccable quality while ensuring content is optimized and functioning across different platforms, website, mobile, social media, online campaigns.
- Web & Interactive Media – Maintain, enhance, and integrate multimedia assets into websites and online platforms (e.g. clients individual websites, brand website, social media, online campaigns) ensuring seamless user experience.
- Security & Technology Maintenance – Collaborate with external network specialists regarding server and data security issues and improvements.
Regularly organise and secure files and content database Crm (Studio Ninja) and Nas system.
Maintain and ensure website online backups, recovery plans, and stored data are secured and up-to-date on a weekly basis.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
We are looking for a passionate, creative professional who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or a related field.
- At least three years of post-qualification experience in multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in animation, video, photo, audio production, and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of website platforms like WordPress and Squarespace, as well as CRM software management.
- Exceptional design and layout skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- A strong techincal skills as well as understanding of visual arts and the ability to adapt designs for diverse audiences.
