About the Role
TFS Australia is based in Sydney with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne. The team is looking for an on-site IT Operations staff to support our business and its systems in the Sydney CBD area. You will have the opportunity to interact with a wide array of technology which includes PCs, tablet devices, server systems, network infrastructure and voice platforms.
Successful candidate will:
- Perform daily IT operational tasks supporting a fast & dynamic office environment
- PC support for general Microsoft OS, M365, and office applications
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
- Collaborating with regional team across our business to ensure a smooth & successful outcome for end users
Requirements
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Territory education (or technical diploma)
- Knowledge of the IT service management workflow, PC support & troubleshooting skills
- On-site position in Sydney CBD area
- Basic network LAN switching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in handling unusual situations (overtime or adjusting work schedules) to accommodate out-of-the-ordinary circumstances
