(Whilst this is based in Newcastle, our PM will be expected to deliver projects in a regional footprint around the Hunter Valley that will require significant time away.)

Your Mission:
- Delivering Civil Infrastructure projects across major transport, renewables, Defence
- Drive continuous improvement of a high-performing safety culture within the delivery team.
- Oversee the overall project delivery in line with internal processes.
- Manage the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Monitor progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they remain on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
- Lead and manage teams of construction professionals, including mentoring, training, and performance management.
