The role Our Consultant Psychologists are the best in the business. Each day, they are actively engaged in identifying and preventing psychosocial hazards that contribute to poor workplace mental health and provide targeted intervention support when employees aren’t travelling well to assist people in getting back on track when recovering from a mental health setback.
As a Consultant Psychologist working in the Intervention team, you will join our expanding Centre for Corporate Health workplace mental health consulting team in a contracting capacity to deliver a variety of core early intervention services, including early Intervention services: EAP counselling, coaching, rapid response, and a variety of corporate intervention services.
Within this role you will be required to travel onsite to provide face to face and virtual services.

- Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Business ABN/ACN
- All relevant insurances including professional indemnity insurance, Cyber insurance and workers compensation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and build positive relationships within a corporate environment
- Experience in counselling and consulting within a short-term solution focused framework
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Preference for an agile way of work
- Possessing a growth mindset
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team
