Owner and winemaker Peter Logan continues his father Malcolm’s (Logan’s founder) proud tradition of making fine Australian wine and championing the exceptional fruit of the NSW Central Ranges wine region – Mudgee and Orange. Under Peter’s expert and passionate guidance, Logan has grown from a modest family business to an operation with global reach. Peter’s award-winning wines can be found on the wine lists of some of the finest venues in Australia, and are exported and increasingly widely available throughout Asia, Europe, with significant presence in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Sweden and Canada.
An opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Front of House Cellar Door Staff Member to join our team. Working as part of a small team you will be tasked with providing wine tasting and sales experience for visitors to our beautiful award-winning Cellar Door. A Part-Time arrangement may also be considered for the right candidate.
The Full-Time position is working a 9-day fortnight including two weekends per month. Regular hours of work are generally between 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Sunday, occasionally later on busier weekends/holidays/events.

What we're looking for:

You are interested in wine and eager to learn. We offer full support and training to help you feel comfortable selling our wine

A commitment to delivering an enjoyable and memorable customer experience to everyone who contacts and visits us

Experience in the hospitality and/or the wine industry is highly recommended, but not essential

Flexibility with working hours, inclusive of public/School holidays, weekdays, and weekends (2 per month)

A friendly personality who is adaptable, efficient, and above all, a team player

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or the willingness to obtain one)

Assist with wine club packing which takes place once a month. This involves spending the day in our warehouse (just below our cellar door) with another Logan Team Member packing 60-80 orders.

Willingness to travel and work at off-site wine stall events (2-3 per year) if required. All travel, accommodation, and per diems are provided.
