Want to work day shifts 11am - 7pm?
We are looking for a full time baker producing artisan sourdough in our purpose built wholesale production site in South Nowra.
Experience essential:
· Previous hands-on baking experience
· An understanding of bread making processes, ideally Sourdough
· Experience producing pastry (croissants etc) and pies & sausage rolls will be well regarded
· Operating bakery equipment and machinery (mixers, divider, cutter, rounder, sheeter)
· Possess physical strength and stamina to regularly lift items weighing up to 20kgs.
· Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated.
· Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
· A commitment to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Pay is commensurate with your experience and skills.

Pay: From $26.65 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
