Practice Manager: RoboFit
A bit about us (we'll keep this part short)
We are a scale up company in the process of expanding our sites and services to help more of our community ‘Never Say Never’. We are looking for individuals who enjoy a challenge while digging in with team members to solve important challenges.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving impact for our clients and is able to hit the ground running.

If we look into our crystal ball here are a few areas you can have an impact over your first year:
Firstly you will work with our founding team to get acquainted with our customers. Our customers will play an important role in your day to day, so getting to know them, their needs and how we can help them is key.
You will work across foundational RoboFit sites and in the setup of new sites to help delight existing and new clients. Using your skills, you will test and learn to help develop the optimal customer experience that captures how we can be the easiest and best part of our customers day while helping them explore what’s possible.
Your ongoing learnings and insights will help inform and adapt our expansion as we grow our team of therapists and our clinics.
You will build relationships with our therapists and broader RoboFit team and stakeholders, helping the team to win together.
In launching new sites, you will manage our wait list, and work closely with the team to make sure we hit the ground running.
Beyond day one: we value people who are determined and show initiative. With our plans for growing our business we are open to collaborating to support you in your professional development alongside this role. We have some big plans and can't achieve these without you and our RoboFit team.
Let’s talk about you
You might have a background in healthcare, practice management, sales, customer service or something else, but what we are looking for is someone who is energetic, organised and efficient. Who loves interacting with and helping people, is great with managing targets and is eager to continually learn in an ever changing, exciting environment.
Whether you have worked in this industry before, experienced an early stage scale up journey or have experience from a completely different industry - one thing is non-negotiable: you are willing to get involved, own your role and support the team to win together.
Your instinct is to pick up the phone
In an online world, while you will have impressive written communication skills, we believe that it isn’t until you jump on the phone with someone that passing comments capture what it really is they are looking for, what energizes them, or what is holding them back. You are keen to bring this data back to the team as each challenge can have an embedded opportunity.
You aren’t all talk you are also results driven
A core aspect of our team culture is that we win together. Each person in the team knows where the bus is heading and which role they play on the journey. While roles may evolve over time, you know how you can have an impact on yours and the wider team’s success today and you are driven to achieve.
Unreasonable hospitality
We may be in healthcare but what sets us apart from the herd is that we are passionate about customer service. Your instinct is to help the customer find the right path. You’re not afraid to talk to people in person, write or call customers to see how they are progressing and thinking about ways that we can delight them.

You are great at telling a story that brings people on the journey, helping them to see the value in what needs to be done and helping to get it done
You are passionate about being organised
You love admin, being organised and organising others, so much so that you implement ways to help organise the entire team. You feel a sense of achievement when you tick something big off your to do list.

There are parts of your job you don’t yet know that you don’t know, but that doesn’t scare you. You are comfortable with change, learning new skills and ways to communicate and wow our customers.
You are innovative and love to improve
If things are working well, you follow the plan. But if you notice that something isn’t quite right, you love to take the lead, testing and improving until it works. In an environment where mistakes are ok, you know that change is worth a try and a great way to learn.
