As the Administrative Officer (Level 3), you will be responsible for responding to a range of enquiries (in person, over the phone and via email) providing accurate information and referring these enquiries in an effective and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining record management systems, and monitoring and evaluating admin processes, systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
