You will receive a permanent position and structured on-the-job training, guided learning plans and leadership mentoring. Over the two-year program, you will be building your career as you experience two one-year rotations with placements in various roles and projects.

UGL is looking for NSW based final year Environmental students or recent grads to join our CRN project for their first 12-month rotation. At CRN we are transforming rail transport by maintaining and enhancing over 5,000 km’s of rail lines, driven by a commitment to safety, innovation, sustainability, and dynamic community partnerships. Based in Bathurst or Orange, you should be ready to embrace living in regional NSW where you will gain invaluable hands-on onsite experience as an engineer.

To be successful in this program, you will have the capability to:

· Be flexible, adaptable, and proactive in learning new skills.

· Work both autonomously and collaboratively within teams.

· Deliver high-quality, outcome-driven work and stay self-motivated.

· Build positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

· Innovate and propose creative solutions and be willing to FIFO/relocate for program rotations.
