The role of the Regional Practice Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate the administrative functions and staff of the Mid North Coast Specialist Suites (the practices). This includes management, development and implementation of policies and procedures for administration functions as directed by the Regional CEO.
The Specialist Centre has two sites:

About you
-
Previous experience in a management and/or high-level practice administrative position
-
An understanding of medical terminology, medical and allied health professional organisations and relevant stakeholders
-
The ability to demonstrate effective leadership and positive teamwork environment
-
Energetic demeanor with proven ability to lead teams
-
The ability to build customer and stakeholder relationships
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills
-
Knowledge of Medico-legal and Privacy Legislation and principles
-
A detailed understanding of the Medicare Benefits Schedule and Private Health Sector Billing
-
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with effective time management skills
-
Previous experience with practice software such as BlueChip, Clinic to Cloud, Genie
-
Working knowledge of Windows-based software systems (e.g. Word and Excel)
-
Experience as a Practice Manager and Managing a team
