What are we offering?
Gain a Certificate III in Business over 12 months through a traineeship that provides a unique blend of formal training through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and hands-on experience with Zeal Futures.
What you'll be doing…
- Meet and greet visitors and maintain visitor register systems
- Be the first point of contact for telephone calls and general inquiries
- Coordinate completion of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support coordination of room bookings, preparation, cleaning and catering of meetings
- Stock take and ordering of office consumables
- Reception and general administration tasks
- Daily housekeeping and cleaning duties
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid NSW Drivers' Licence
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical
