About the Role
As a Centre Director at The Grove Academy, you’ll lead with heart, overseeing the daily operations of the centre while fostering a positive and collaborative environment. You’ll champion The Grove Academy’s values and be the key figure in building strong relationships with children, families, and the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Leading and mentoring a passionate team of educators
  • Building strong connections with families and the community
  • Driving excellence in educational practices and the overall centre experience
  • Creating a positive, inspiring, and dynamic environment for all

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate leader to take on this vital role. To succeed, you’ll need:

  • Experience in managing an early childhood education and care centre
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
  • A passion for making a lasting impact on children’s lives
