Somerset Regional Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to support the organisation in the following role.

Permanent Part-Time

An exciting opportunity exists to join Team Somerset in the Tourism Sector. As Promotions Officer you will develop and design programs, initiatives, campaigns and materials for the Tourism and marketing sector of Council and assist as part of the Tourism team to increase the public profile of the unique Somerset region and the activities of Council.

To be successful in the role, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications in tourism, business or related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Formal qualification in creative design or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating, developing and designing promotional material.
