We are looking for an experienced energetic person to join our service team in the role of Service Advisor, who is focused on ensuring our service guests receive a highly professional and friendly experience each and every time they deal with us. The successful applicant will be a good communicator, highly organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Customer satisfaction is at the core of what we believe in so this role would be ideal for a person that enjoys working within a team environment with great customer experience outcomes.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to seek direction and assistance where appropriate.
- Confident IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly professional approach.
- A proven track record to work autonomously.
- A friendly, customer service-oriented nature.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Creating and managing vehicle service bookings
- Invoicing repair orders on a daily basis once work is completed.
- Providing direction to technicians and detailing staff related to the repair orders that you are managing.
- Greeting guests when they drop off vehicles and organising alternative transport where applicable.
- Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress and gaining authorisation for additional work as needed
- Focus on delivering excellent guest experience.
- Demonstrating and encouraging behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values and The Toyota for life core values.
