This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative to support the end-to-end operations of the store. The roster for this position rotates betweenMonday to Fridayone week andTuesday to Saturdaythe next week to ensure you get every second weekend off! Once you have joined the Black Pepper team you will not be alone. What will your day look like with us: Collaborate closely with the team to drive our sales and meet goalsUnderstanding our customers’ needs: offering styling advice to ensure they look and feel greatSupporting internal and external events activities to drive awareness and salesMentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experienceManage inventory and visual merchandising of the storeManaging monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgetsElevate Merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store.
We are looking for someone who has: Retail leadership/management experienceStrong leadership skills to support our exceptional teamExperience in providing personable Customer Service experience and building genuine relationships with our customers!Strong organisational and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities
