About the role
An exciting opportunity for an administration professional with strong customer service skills to join our busy Administration team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our team in the Forster Office. In this role, you will support and become an integral part of our well-established team, comprised of top performers dedicated to consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Customer service

Data entry across multiple platforms

Answer phone inquiries

Monitor and respond to emailed correspondence

Investigate and resolve customer queries

General administration duties
About you

Administration experience
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Good attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment

Accurate data entry skills

Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines

The ability to prioritize workload and multitask as required

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team

A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word

The ability to learn new programs and work across multiple computer databases
