Description:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Lifestyle Concierges to join our high-end residential building in Gosford. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining a polished and efficient concierge service, ensuring that residents, visitors, and stakeholders receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities

Greet residents, visitors, and stakeholders warmly upon arrival and departure.

Monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and oversee postage and package handling.

Execute tasks as outlined in site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Conduct regular patrols of the building, identifying and reporting any issues, hazards, or potential concerns to management.

Professionally respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely manner.

Sign in contractors and real estate agents as required.

Maintain inventory and ensure that all supplies and equipment are in working order.

Keep all common areas and workspaces clean, organised, and presentable at all times
What We’re Looking For

A concierge with at least 1 year of experience providing exceptional service in high-end residential buildings

Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Strong multitasking, organisational, and communication skills.

Immaculate presentation and competence in Microsoft Office.

Availability for a weekend roster: Thursdays to Sundays.
