Key responsibilities:

People & Culture Strategy – Develop and implement P&C strategies that align with business objectives, providing expert advice to the leadership team.

Culture & Change Management – Create and Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

HR Advisory Service – Provide tailored HR support to all levels of the organisation as and when required, performance management guidance, and ensure compliance with awards and other employment legislation.

Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle – Enhance recruitment strategies, oversee onboarding and performance enablement, aiming for seamless employee growth and transition.

Performance Enablement - Ensure all staff have Training opportunities tailored for personal growth and development and designed to enhance our organisational capability.

Policy & Compliance – Develop and monitor HR policies, ensuring cultural safety, legislative compliance, and Best Practice.

In - House Legal Counsel – Provide legal counsel regarding various employment and safety related issues that the Company can rely upon for ordinary business activities.

Safety Culture – Oversee the HSEQ Advisers and RTW roles within the business to ensure adherence to safe work practices whilst working towards zero harm and minimising costs of premiums associated with workers compensation requirements.
The Successful Applicant shall:

Be resilient, adaptable, and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Have a self-motivated and proactive approach, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.

Be degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with additional background or a double degree in business/workplace law.

Be able to demonstrate extensive leadership experience in a People and Culture role preferably in the manufacturing or related industry.

Be well-versed in employment law, Fair Work processes and award interpretation.

Have outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Have a deep understanding of, and commitment to, employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development.

Have a proven ability to manage complex employee and employee relations matters.

Have a demonstrable ability to drive cultural and organisational change.
