Are you passionate about cosmetics and skincare? Do you have a talent for leading teams and driving sales? Our Myer store is looking for an inspiring and ambitious Team Leader to join our vibrant Cosmetic Floor team.
About the Role:As a Team Leader , you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Managers to create exceptional in-store experiences. You will:
- Lead and motivate the Service and Selling team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coach and develop team members, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Inspire creativity within the team to drive sales and enhance customer experiences.
- Lead by example to ensure every customer receives personalized attention.
- Work with Leading Brands: Collaborate with some of the most popular beauty brands in the industry.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in People Leadership/Supervision within a retail environment.
- Skilled in Retail Sales with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- A Strong Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and lead the team.
- Organized and Efficient with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Motivated and Ambitious with a desire for career progression.
- Experienced in Cosmetics or Luxury Beauty Brands (preferred but not essential).
You must be available to work across key store trading hours , including weekdays, weekends, and peak trading times.
