Senior Structural Engineer, working on a variety of projects including:
- High rise residential and commercial buildings
- Aged and health care facilities
- Schools
- Stations.
This position involves actively participating in the design process, taking the lead in delivering various projects across diverse building types. While you'll have the autonomy to work independently, support and guidance will be readily available as needed. Additionally, you'll play a key role in mentoring and providing leadership to junior team members.
The Requirements

- Proven experience as a Senior Structural Engineer within the Australian consulting engineering realm or a readiness to transition into a Senior role.
- Track record of successfully delivering diverse building projects encompassing residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, healthcare, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ambition to become a current or future leader within the organization.
- Proficiency in mentoring and fostering the professional development of junior team members.
