  • Salary ranging from $95,000 - $110,000 + Super (depending on your experience)

Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead Occupational Therapist, you will support and guide a team of junior therapists, providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and promoting best practices. Collaborating with the Director of Services, you will organize group training sessions to enhance the team's skills in paediatric occupational therapy. Alongside team leadership, you will assess and provide therapy for children with sensory processing challenges and developmental delays, working closely with families and schools to optimize their progress, and writing reports to document their development.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 4 years experience as an Occupational Therapist (paediatric experience preferred)
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
