About the company
Our client is a well-established childcare centre with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education catering for only 40 children, and are committed to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for both children and staff. They are looking to expand their team with passionate and experienced educators.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be a key member of our dedicated team, contributing to the overall well-being and development of children in your care. You will plan and implement engaging learning activities, build strong relationships with children and their families, and maintain a safe and clean environment. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the centre and contribute towards the centre's daily operation.
Main tasks include

Planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.

Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Building positive relationships with children and their families.

Maintaining a safe and clean childcare environment.

Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the centre.

Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements

Minimum studying towards a qualification in childcare and must be able to work 4 or 5 days

Flexibility to work a rotating schedule of 4 days a week, including mornings and afternoons.

Proven ability to plan and implement engaging learning activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong commitment to child safety and well-being.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Passionate about early childhood education.

Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Experience with children of all ages is a plus.
