Our client is one of the Sunshine Coasts leading agencies and are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the friendly property management team. This a chance to join an organisation where the Principal puts their employees first!!

The Role
This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 130 properties
• NO Routines
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords
• Rental arrears management
• NO accounts, NO Leasing

The ideal Property Manager:

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentation skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
