The Role: We have a Casualcleaning position at University of Sunshine Coast - Sippy Downs. If you have commercial or retail cleaning experience and would like to be part of a team that makes a difference, then we would love to hear from you.This position is paid in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award 2020. Role Requirements: Be well-presented, proactive and able to work well on your ownPrior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on-the-job training will be provided)An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)Cleaning Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) preferredGood knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practicesBe physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periodsGood listening skills and the ability to follow instructionsBe able to communicate in verbal and written EnglishAbility to work flexible hours and public holidaysMust have valid work rights in Australia
