Silver Rose Graduations is a national company and we have been providing graduation services for over 35 years to schools, colleges and universities. We provide photography, gowning, framing, merchandise, registration and ticketing services to graduates and their families. We are experiencing a period of rapid growth and are seeking a new team member in our Albion office to assist with day-to-day business operations.

About the role
This is a casual position, on average 2-4 days per week however this may vary at times. $32/hr. Each day will be different with plenty of variety. Your typical day might include:

Collating and packing gowning orders

Responding to customer queries by email and phone

Tracking stock and completing stocktakes

Making bookings for event logistics eg accommodation, flights, trucks.

General event preparation from collating data for orders to assisting with loading trucks or liaising with movers.

Postage and organising shipments.
About you

Efficient, reliable and proactive in taking initiative
-
Flexible and able to move between tasks as priorities change during the day

Must be able to lift boxes, climb ladders, move stock - the role can be physically demanding some days when packing orders or preparing for events.

Must have own vehicle to deliver occasional orders (mileage reimbursed)

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Experience in events, operations or administration will be highly regarded.
