THE OPPORTUNITY
Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions (KCS) is seeking a Production Data Analyst to manage production orders (POs), track key performance metrics, and ensure data driven decision making to optimise factory operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee, track and ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of production orders, addressing discrepancies to maintain seamless operations.
- Monitor and generate detailed reports on waste, yield and productivity. Sharing insights with stakeholders to drive efficiency.
- Analyse production data to identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, providing actionable insights for decision making.
- Identify and support the implementation of process enhancements to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with production teams and management to ensure smooth and effective communication across departments.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in production planning, data analysis, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data management systems.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
- Clear and effective communication abilities.
