This is a phone-based role, so confidence in talking to clients, offering our services, and booking appointments is a must. We’re looking for someone who can provide a warm, professional experience over the phone.
This is a casual position offering $35 per hour, with a flexible roster between Monday and Saturday, working 15 to 38 hours per week—perfect for someone looking for work-life balance while being part of a growing industry.
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent phone communication skills – friendly, confident, and client-focused

Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment booking (preferred but not essential)

Passion for health & beauty – an interest in skincare, aesthetics, or wellness is a plus

Ability to clearly explain services and book appointments with ease

Flexibility with hours – availability within a Monday-Saturday roster
