We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join one of Australia's largest and most diverse producer of commercial and industrial products on a full time basis. Our client have been around for over 40 years and take pride in specialising in the production of high-quality products for a wide range of sectors.
On offer is a full time permanent opportunity, for dayshift. There is great opportunity and potential for growth and future development along with the option for occasional field service work when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Identify and diagnose faults, taking appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding equipment performance and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, participating in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Install electrical systems and components for new equipment setups.
- Minimize production downtime by delivering efficient preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and maintenance records as per company guidelines.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards in all repair and maintenance activities.
- Current QLD Electrical Licence and trade qualified
- Experience with PLC fault finding is highly regarded, but not essential
- Good attitude and communications skills with a safety focussed mindset
- Ability to work individually or part of a team
- Motivated to upskill and learn
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
