Join our dynamic customer Retention team and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. As a Retention Advisor, you'll be essential in delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions through exclusively inbound calls. Your problem-solving and communication skills will shine as you identify and address the root causes of customer concerns, leaving a lasting positive impact on our clients.
This role focuses on receiving and addressing customer inquiries without engaging in outbound dialing. In this dynamic environment, each day brings new challenges, and you'll be part of a collaborative team that celebrates successes and thrives on overcoming obstacles.
The role
- Onsite and full time, with full training provided
- Professionally handle inbound customer calls with empathy and expertise
- Enhance customer loyalty by delivering top-notch, personalised solutions
- Identify and address the root causes of customer concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive customer support
- Assist with policy renewals, changes, cancellations, and amendments
About you
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or customer retention is advantageous
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
