If successful, you'll initially participate in a 12-month practical development program, designed to enhance both your manufacturing expertise and leadership capabilities.

About the Opportunity

As an Operations Leader, you'll be hands-on with leadership responsibilities, working with experienced mentors to learn the ins and outs of food manufacturing, while gaining the skills and confidence needed to take on increasing responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with continuous support and development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality and efficiency standards are met across all areas.
  • Motivate and develop team members, set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Make data-driven decisions to solve problems and improve operational performance.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, optimise efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to enhance both your leadership and technical/operational skills.

The Ingredients for Success

We are looking for individuals with strong leadership experience and a background in fast-paced operational environments.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in fast paced environments, including frontline operations, shift-based roles or similar.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach teams, driving performance and safety standards.
  • A passion for learning, adapting and taking on new challenges in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations in a fast-paced setting.
  • A focus on upholding high safety and quality standards.
