About Your New RoleWe have an opportunity for fun, out going Café and Kiosk attendants to join the team at Major Venues. You will be required to work within 3 venues across the Gold Coast, including the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, Coomera Indoor Sport Centre and Runaway Bay Indoor Stadium.
Working as part of a diverse team you will be working in our outlets delivering a great experience to every customer. Your role is to work with the team to ensure high standards of customer service, accurate cashier transactions, stock rotation and cleanliness are always maintained.If you can make a fantastic cup of coffee, even better!!
You may also be required to work functions along with setting up and packing down outlets. You should be comfortable working unsupervised at times, with an expectation to deliver high quality customer service to our Gold Coast community patrons at all times.
We are also offering opportunities for suitable people to work higher duties and lead our teams. You will provide support and direction to the F&B team to ensure high quality service and coach the team on daily operations of the outlets, including service standards and portion control. You will be able to work unsupervised and be able to give direction to a team as needed.
These are casual roles with a focus on weekend work. We are currently experiencing our biggest growth ever and plenty of hours available for the right people.

We're Looking For People Who Have
You possess strong organisational skills and remain focused and calm during peak services times. You have experience in busy hospitality environments, working with diverse teams while demonstrating a positive attitude to your work. You take pride in providing fantastic service and an awesome cup of coffee. Demonstrated experience as a barista in a busy environment is advantageous.
You're flexible with work hours and understand that weekend work, mornings and evenings are all part of the service we provide to the community.
