About the RoleAn exciting opportunity to join a renowned global brand! Take on a dynamic HR Coordinator role, supporting all aspects of HR, including recruitment, selection, administration, reporting, and analysis. Be a key player in global mobility, facilitating seamless international moves.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview coordination, applicant communication, and onboarding;
- Oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy in personnel records, reporting, and organisational structure updates;
- Facilitate global mobility processes and compliance requirements;
- Review, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines;
- Provide operational support to Learning & Development, including reporting and training coordination;
- Compile and analyse workforce data, including turnover, absenteeism, and headcount reporting, to support decision-making; and
- Support the administration of annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and job grading to ensure alignment with organisational frameworks.
To succeed in this role, you will bring tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and relevant experience in a similar position. You will be adept at engaging with stakeholders and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
From a technical perspective, you will bring a methodical and organised approach, with the ability to work effectively with data and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with HRIS systems, particularly iChris, is highly desirable.
