We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors. You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.

At Keyton, we are one team, and our Village Coordinator will embody our values every day. Your key accountabilities in this role will include:

Connect as One Team

  • Act as a liaison with contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration

  • Interacting with residents and providing support on various village projects

Realise Opportunities

  • Taking charge of the maintenance coordination to ensure continuous upkeep of the village

  • Navigate through intricate procurement processes, ensuring resources are acquired in compliance with EHS standards

Make Room for Kindness

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS standards

  • Liaise and assist the residents in moving in and leaving the village including the resident communication and interactions, property inspections and the entry and exit condition reports

Find the Fun

  • Actively participating in planning and executing events and village wellbeing programs

Who You Are

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated administration experience in a hospitality/construction/trade industry will be highly regarded

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • A professional, proactive, can-do attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health & Safety is an advantage

  • Basic accounting/ finance processing experience (billing and invoicing) is desirable

  • Previous experience working with the elderly is a plus

  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
