Description:
We are seeking a Support Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the web application support aspect of the business. This role is responsible for liaising with clients to triage requests and to coordinate the team of developers and project managers to deliver solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with a strong technical background and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities

Overseeing and coordinating the support team.

Efficiently gathering client requests that might relate to complex technical systems.

Prioritising and scheduling changes with the development team and communicating progress with the client.

Liaising with the project teams for handovers where systems change from projects to ongoing support.

Assisting with software testing quality assurance activities and providing user experience (UX) guidance to developers.

Producing reports and generating invoices.
