PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER
5 Year Contract – Full Time
Salary – $199 - $201k package including salary, Motor Vehicle & Superannuation

We’re looking for a People and Culture Manager to lead our people strategy, champion employee engagement, strengthen our change readiness capabilities, and support PAE achieve its City Vision, goals and objectives.

What you will be doing

Shaping Workplace Culture: Enhancing an inclusive, diverse, positive and engaging work environment where people want to come to work.

Championing Wellbeing & Engagement: Prioritising employee wellbeing and safety, with a strong focus on initiatives that boost employee satisfaction, engagement, happiness, and overall wellbeing.

Navigating Workplace Challenges: From industrial and employee matters to change management, you will handle the tricky stuff with diplomacy and care, making sure workplace harmony isn’t just a myth.

Future-Proofing the Workforce: Keeping an eye on trends, ensuring the organisation is ahead of the curve in talent development, succession planning and workplace innovation.

Providing Strategic Brilliance: Working collaboratively with others to develop, plan, and implement policies and strategies that make a lasting impact.

Being a trusted advisor: Leading a team of professionals to provide expert advice and direction on industrial matters, WHS and injury management, payroll, workforce planning, budgets, organisational development and change management.
What do you need to bring to the table?

Inspirational and transformational leadership skills which motivate and engage people

Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

Significant senior experience in providing contemporary Organisational Development and Human Resource management advice and establishing effective processes and systems

Degree or post-graduate studies in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management and/or related fields (or equivalent experience)

A healthy sense of humour. We’re serious about what we do, but we don’t mind cracking a smile and having some fun along the way
