IM Partners is offering an exciting opportunity for an Order Processor for specialist contractors in Construction. This role is perfect for someone with experience in manufacturing or retail warehouse /trade centre environments who is familiar with construction materials and products. If you're skilled with computers and looking to apply your knowledge in a dynamic setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are correctly listed and available.

  • Product Knowledge: Utilise your understanding of construction materials to assist in selecting the right products for orders.

  • Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels across our SA locations to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

  • Computer Systems: Use inventory management software and spreadsheets to track orders, stock levels, and deliveries.

  • Communication: Work closely with site managers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating the movement of materials between locations and scheduling deliveries.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or retail environment dealing with construction products.

  • Proficiency with computers, including experience with spreadsheets and inventory software.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

  • A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for travel between Beverley and Welland locations.
