estara is a leading provider of in-home, community and specialised disability support services in South Australia. Formerly known as PQSA and HomeCare+, estara has over 60 years of experience in supporting people with spinal cord injuries and disabilities.
With over 600 employees, estara services metropolitan Adelaide from its headquarters in Dulwich and has five regional offices in the South-East, Mid-North, Eyre Peninsula, Yorke Peninsula and the Riverland.
Working with the Chief Executive and the Executive Management Team, this pivotal role exists to strengthen estara’s brand, communications, and stakeholder relations and will primarily focus on attracting new clients.
Key performance areas include, but are not limited to:

Evaluating and strengthening current client base with a focus on: Lifetime Client Value, Client Journey, Client Attraction, Client Experience and Client Retention

Enhancing and further developing existing corporate and strategic partnerships to optimize referrals, corporate sponsorships and opportunities for estara clients

Identifying and developing new business opportunities through analysis of emerging markets and trends in conjunction with key internal data and metrics

Identifying and recommending new services for current operational streams

Establishing and maintaining an effective marketing, communication, PR and government relations plan to enhance estara’s Purpose, reputation, and to promote business activities
The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar Executive role within the NFP Sector. Disability sector experience and knowledge of NDIS workers and quality and safeguarding requirements are desirable but not essential.
You will have a supportive and empowering leadership style that fosters collaboration across the business, as well as being a natural relationship builder with all stakeholders, both internal and external to the business.
Highly developed and influential communication skills are vital in this role, as is experience in contemporary e-commerce marketing principles and a proven ability to accurately measure activity and performance.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Business, Commerce, Marketing or other related disciplines are also a requirement for this position.
