About the role
Join the team at Inside Out Makeovers and Maintenance as a Casual Gardener. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our residential and commercial clients in the Eastern and Adelaide areas. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
What you'll be doing

Mowing, edging and trimming lawns on a regular schedule

Pruning and shaping shrubs, hedges and trees

Planting, weeding and mulching garden beds

Watering plants and gardens as needed

Clearing leaves, twigs and other debris from pathways and driveways

Reporting on the condition of gardens and making recommendations for improvements

Providing excellent customer service to our clients
What we're looking for

Experience in gardening work is desired

Knowledge of common garden plants, lawn care and maintenance techniques

Ability to work efficiently and independently to complete tasks on schedule

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labour tasks

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

A friendly, customer-focused approach and the ability to work well in a team
