About the Role
As a Casual HR & Safety Support Officer, you will play a key role in assisting with HR processes, workplace culture initiatives, and work health and safety (WHS) compliance. You’ll work closely with both management and employees to help create a safe, engaging, and positive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Assisting with safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring

Maintaining accurate HR and WHS records
-
Supporting the implementation of HR and safety policies

Taking minutes for WHS committee meetings and scheduling key events
What We’re Looking For:

Currently studying or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Safety Management, or a related field

Strong communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

A proactive and team-oriented mindset

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
