About the business
Image is a family owned company that specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of signage.
Our production facility at Glynde constructs all types of signage in-house, from sky signs, pylons, lightboxes, 3D fabrication through to vinyl and print.
Responsibilities of the role will include:

Managing small, medium, and large projects with competing priorities and deadlines

Reading and understanding project plans and drawings
-
Timely purchasing of required materials and equipment according to project specifications
-
Working within or exceeding project budgets
-
Managing the project from client award to installation of signage on client site
-
Providing detailed progress updates and relevant reports
-
Ensuring Quality standards and Work Health and Safety standards are met
The successful candidate will require the following skills & attributes:
-
4+ years of previous Project Management or Project Coordination experience in signage

A Certificate or Diploma in Project Management (ideal but not mandatory).

Excellent client relationship management skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

Attending site meetings and effectively communicating with clients
-
Proven capability of achieving targets and KPIs
-
Proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
