Position Descriptor:The Assistant Principal works collaboratively with the executive leadership and management teams to ensure quality educational and organisational leadership to the Bowden Brompton Community School.
Lead the development and implementation of a range of evidence-based strategies and initiatives to provide consistent, strategic and systematic approaches to measurable improvement for all learners, including formative assessment practices with a primary focus on numeracy.
Lead whole school approach to tailored learning that align to the levers of impact in the DfE public education strtaegy.
Contribute to and model inclusive teaching practices that support quality differentiated and personalised learning.
The Assistant Principal is responsible for leading the Torrens Rd Campus and Tailored Learning Programs.
