THE ROLE
The Y is seeking a passionate and keen Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Qualified Educator to join us across our two Adelaide Hills sites including:
- St Marks Lutheran School - Mt Barker
- Eastern Fleurieu R-6 School - Strathalbyn
As an OSHC Educator, you will be responsible for delivering challenging and stimulating programs and activities, fostering a supportive and fun environment, and helping children to develop their social, emotional, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the OSHC Service Director, and work with a passionate team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- ACECQA approved Qualification - Cert III/IV, Diploma (or equivalent) or higher-level qualification (essential)
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care” Training
- HLTAID009 CPR
- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in Education and Care
- Food Handling Training
- SMART Training
Knowledge of responsibilities under Child Safe Environments compliance - Sounds knowledge of OSHC Quality Assurance and recognised School Age Care Framework
