Description:

As we continue to experience growth, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Civil & Infrastructure Customer Stream.
Your primary responsibility is to provide procurement, contract management and project administration support to the project.
This will include, but is not limited to:
Contract management including head contract review, departures and negotiation;Lead the performance of contract administration activities including preparing and issuing variations, notices of delays, extension of time and progress claims;Assist Project Teams in undertaking negotiations Subcontractors and Suppliers with respect to the contract, subcontract packages and variations;Review and analyse subcontractor recommendations and requests in line with project procurement registers prior to forming and executing agreements;Accountable in maintaining and utilising project controls including daily diaries; project cost tracking; project reporting; procurement registers; variation registers; and payment claims and payment schedules.Manage project financials including raising purchase orders, goods receipting and completing end of month processes; and
About YouAs the successful applicant you will have:
Qualifications in Law, Business, Finance, Construction Management or a related degree;Experience in contract and project administration;Experience in NEC4 contracts is highly desirable;Proven knowledge and experience in drafting, negotiating and issuing Subcontractor agreements;Previous experience in civil and construction will be highly sought after;Unrestricted Drivers Licence;Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to pass a drug and alcohol and fit for work assessmentAbility to travel to site as required.
