We are currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Social Worker or Developmental Educator to join our vibrant team.
About the Role: As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused therapeutic services, including family support, assessments, and caregiver training. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
- Conducting comprehensive assessments across all age groups and disability types
- Designing and monitoring interventions for behaviour management
- Providing training to stakeholders on therapeutic interventions and behaviour support strategies
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment

About You:
- Certified by the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core level or above
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent field meeting NDIS Capability Framework standards
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding the human rights of individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities
- Possess the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to achieve set goals within specified timeframes
- Maintain current Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Workers Clearance, or willingness to obtain
