ServiceNow Delivery Manager - IDAM
One of Australia's leading entertainment companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to lead a dedicated team responsible for onboarding applications and ensuring seamless Identity & Access Management integration within ServiceNow.

THE ROLE:
As the ServiceNow Delivery Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for onboarding applications and ensuring seamless Identity & Access Management integration within ServiceNow. Your focus will be to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and maintain a seamless onboarding experience for new applications in a complex enterprise environment. You will act as the key point of contact for ServiceNow related delivery, ensuring that projects align with the organization's business objectives while optimizing service performance and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of ServiceNow specialists, fostering a high-performance culture that drives innovation and operational excellence.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring they align with business needs and industry best practices.
- Ensure that ServiceNow is seamlessly integrated with IDAM solutions to enable secure and efficient onboarding of applications across the enterprise.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into ServiceNow solutions, and ensure effective communication of project progress.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, onboarding efficiency, and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Ensure adherence to IT service management (ITSM) and governance frameworks, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Oversee incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for ServiceNow enhancements, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving business needs.
- Work with external vendors and partners to support ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to senior management on ServiceNow performance and adoption.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive leadership experience in Service Delivery or Service Management roles.
- Must have In-depth understanding of ServiceNow and Identity & Access Management (IDAM) frameworks.
- Proven track record in managing teams, delivering enterprise ITSM solutions, and driving service improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within IT service management is a plus.
