Key duties and responsibilities :
The role involves analysing and modelling current and future business processes, data requirements, and information flows. Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder engagement, gathering customer requirements, and collaborating with technical specialists to create tailored solutions. The position also entails developing various documents such as business requirements specifications, business cases, functional and non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and change management plans. Additional duties include technical research, evaluating solution options, and aligning business needs with strategic, techno-functional requirements. Experience in working within an Agile environment to develop requirements for complex IT systems, including website development, is also essential.
Requirements
Essential Criteria:

- Proven ability to lead workshops and create business scenarios, process maps, data models, and use cases.
- Skilled in crafting User Stories and defining acceptance criteria for developers.
- Background in managing complex digital projects within an Agile framework.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Desirable Criteria:
- Relevant experience in implementing Information Technology Services.
- Experience documenting requirements for Office technologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for user story creation and tracking of acceptance criteria.
- Experience or knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
