The Opportunity:
This role will be responsible for developing people strategies to drive high performance and lead a team to build genuine partnerships with managers across various disciplines. This position will also be offering specialised guidance on all matters that refer to people and capability activities and how to build genuine partnerships with managers across VHBA. You will be required to have extensive knowledge of human resources and leadership, contributing to the successful delivery of public infrastructure within a dynamic, high-performing project team to achieve outstanding results.
- Drive the creation and implementation of people strategies focused on workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.
- Manage performance frameworks, identifying growth opportunities and supporting career development to enhance overall organisational effectiveness.
- Monitor key people metrics, conduct workforce analyses, and utilise insights to optimise talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning efforts.
We are looking for:
- Proven ability to adjust strategies in response to evolving priorities, lead high-performing teams, and drive organisational goals through innovative leadership approaches.
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder needs, fostering innovative solutions, and championing collaborative strategies
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale organisational change, overcoming cultural barriers, and instilling a continuous improvement mindset.
