Who we're looking for:
We're looking for an experienced Commercial and Finance Director to join a collaborative commercial team, working on a major infrastructure project in Melbourne. You will manage the following:
- Finance - including month-end forecasting, risk analysis and monthly reporting
- Administration - including ensuring all commercial staff understand that procurement is in line with the program
- Legal - including assisting the Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager to resolve contract departures and disputes

You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and proven technical expertise to lead the commercial, legal and financial aspects of the project.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Law or Finance
- A seasoned commercial and financial professional with experience in $100M+ infrastructure or major project environments
- Experience in contractor roles within construction and infrastructure with legal knowledge
- a collaborative management style to foster a close, outcome focused team
- strong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skills
- stakeholder and client engagement experience.
