About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to support Metro North Oral Health Services (MNOHS) to pursue and advance its vision and mission and provide evidence-based, timely, high quality, patient centred care for the eligible MNOHS community.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Lead evidence-based patient centred, standardised, safe and high-quality care in SDS.
  • Ensure patient access through appropriate management of client demand (and waiting lists), maintenance of appropriate levels of clinical care and support services at all clinics within MNOHS, and ensure all clients are treated in turn and referred appropriately if required.
  • Meet the MNOHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that allow the service to meet or exceed Queensland Health's KPIs around patient access and service activity.
  • Provide efficient and effective management of the allocated resources for each clinic to achieve service agreement performance targets and maintain budget integrity, including labour and non-labour expenditure.
